58ent artists Ben Blanco and B Bev have been making Hip Hop music together since late 2005. An early friendship through B Bev’s brother and a passion for music brought them into the lab. Every aspect of the music: from the creation of the instrumental to the final stages of post-production are handled in-house. With that kind of hands-on approach, the music they produce is truly a manifestation of their blood, sweat & tears.
Ben Blanco has musical inspirations that range from Sade to Nelly. Ben has always had a love for Hip Hop culture and began making his own beats around early 2005. You can always find Ben in the lab listening to something from his vast vinyl collection. B Bev’s musical interests are more a blend of R&B/Hip Hop, and you can definitely hear that in his music. Bev’s consistent “grind†approach to life has been an inspiration to all in his inner circle.
The 58ent music is positive and is intended to get the party started with upbeat instrumentals and melodic flows. Their music ranges on topics that include relationships, life's struggles, working hard & having a good time. In closing, the group’s first project “What’s Your Jumpoff?†is a collection of songs that have been created within the last year and were chosen as the first representation of 58ent’s music to the public.
