CoastGuard was found in summer 2006 when Deoz and Katzinium decided to follow their common passion of producing Hardstyle tracks.The two already knew each other for a long time from their favourite disco and met regularly at weekend. After some years they came across that they both produced music. Going deeper into detail they found out that they were using even the same programs.Having some productions exchanged they met and started producing together. It was a lot of fun for both of them and they blindly understand each other so it had to be repeated. The first tracks in cooperation were developed under their old names Shaddow Force vs. Katzinium.While working together it featured out that the different abilities and skills of the two perfectly complement each other. One of them brings the heating up melodies and harmonies, whereas the other one creates driving basses and new sounds. With spending more and more time together their common sound developed and the tracks became even better and better. Finally both decided to place their new sound under one comprehensive name and founded CoastGuard.After several month of working on their sounds and creating a very own style the first vinyl will finally be released within a short time. As an inherent part of Infection.NL the first release will be published by the brand new label Infection.NL-Records of course.The first release will be a hardstyle vinyl. But the fact that both parts of CoastGuard are musically very versatile and sold on many different styles of electronic music there will be tracks of different styles in the future.
