UFO London

About Me

Started in 1995 as a vinyl label and hailing from the South London (UK), UFO London began with the intention of pushing all forms of hard Techno to the Global Underground.

During it's short lived first outing onto the global stage, the label managed to get 7 quality releases out there, with genres ranging from experimental Techno through to Hard Acid and visiting some sick Industrial Techno and Gabba on the way and from artists such as VDD Energize, DJ Valium (now Valyom), Somatic Responses and Choose (Lasse Steen / Zekt) to name a few.

The production quality of every release was kept to the highest standard, making each one stand out from many of the other pressings coming out around the same time.

Alas, after three years UFO London was no more as Lee, the label manager, moved out of the country for a new life at the foot of the mountains.

But now..... the label is working towards picking up where it left off. We aim to bring out the back catalogue in digital format and then get some new material out there. The label will aim to follow the path it originally started on, releasing quality experimental beats for those that live to be an individual. There will also be sub labels starting which will allow us to focus on what is considered more 'mainstream' in some of our releases and we hope to bring quality artists, both new and established, to the home of UFO London.

We hope you'll join us in our new journey!

Back Catalogue:
I did a bit of searching online and found that there are places that you can pick up either nearly mint or mint copies of UFO back catalogue, although some of the prices are fairly high.

If I ever get my hands on any back copies (which I am in the process of seeking out!) then I will post information here first and prices will be considerably less than you will see online at the moment.

The links I have found so far that are worth checking are HERE and one very interesting one HERE which did make me laugh at first but then it sunk in that people are still into the old sound! :-)
