The band Keep Away From Children exists since the year 1997. However, in its current lineup - (Drums - Milos Manic, Percussions - Srdjan Kovic, Bass guitar - Milos Spasic, Guitar - Goran Ivancevic, Vocal - Aleksandra Virovkic) the band exists for about three years so far. Without any pretensions, our music doesn't really fit in the existing and common standards of the domestic music mainstream. A bit harder sound of KAFC could be recognised as a strong influence from bands like: The Shield, Boy sets Fire, Fugazzi; while the emotional and the melancholic note of the guitar, bass and the vocals, could be made out as the influence from bands like: Weezer, Morphine, Stereolab, Bell&Sebastian, ... This kind of music interpolation requires some patience and endurance which doesn't always lead to an expected outcome.

Sastav Keep Away from Children postoji od 1997. godine, a u trenutnoj
postavi (Milos/bubanj, Srdjan/perkusije, Milos/bas, Goran/gitara,
Aleksandra/glas) funkcionise poslednje tri godine. Bez ikakve
pretencioznosti,
muzika KAFC ne uklapa se u postojece obrasce domace muzicke scene, a
njihove uzore treba traziti u katakad potpuno oprecnim zanrovima.
Cvrsci
zvuk KAFC/a prepoznaje se kao izraziti uticaj bendova poput The Shield,
Boy sets Fire, Fugazzi, dok je melanholicna nota razlozenih akorda, te
emotivna izlisnost vodecih bas linija i zenskog vokala uticaj muzike
koju
izvode Weezer, Morphine, Stereolab, Bell&Sebastian... Ovakva zanrovska
interpolacija zahteva izvesno strpljenje i izdrzljivost koji nominalno
ne
