Jake Goldbas grew up outside Hartford CT, and attended the Greater Hartford Academy for the Performing Arts. Before graduating High School he had already performed with Jimmy Greene, Paul Brown, Terence Blanchard, Alex Nahkimofsky, Jeremy Pelt, and Steve Davis. Jake Currently is pursuing a degree from the Manhattan School of Music, where he studies with John Riley.Jake has recieved many awards, most notably the Level I NFAA Arts Award 2007, for the IAJE Clifford Brown/Stan Getz Fellowship All Stars. Jake has toured Siberia,France,Netherlands and Puerto Rico through his music. Jake would also like to add that he is the proud owner of a Standard Poodle.
