Jenisac Baskets was formed through these very principles. We believe in wholesome and earth-friendly products that nourish the body, mind, and spirit.
How can we do this? You may be asking. Simple…
First and foremost, every ingredient that we use in our baskets is organic, preservative and additive-free. We NEVER use artificial colors, dyes, or harmful synthetic trappings like GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms). Every snack bar, crisp, candy, and chocolate are WITHOUT strange fillers and accompaniments. Our teas and coffees are not only FAIR TRADE so they can provide equal pay for the farmers and their families, but they are also shade grown for the local birds to reside. Our hand-poured soaps are made with vegetable dyes, raw and natural ingredients, and are Sodium Laurenth Sulfate-free (an additive used in many personal care products that irritate the skin and eyes). And we don’t stop there either…
Our packaging is ecological too! We use 100% recycled paper filler; cellophane that is uncoated and made from cottonwood trees that are sustainably farmed and harvested; and eco-friendly ribbon and decoration made from soy-based ink and organic cotton. Did we also mention that all of our baskets come to you gift wrapped in biodegradable Burlap sacks?
