Hi my name is Devin Burnett and this is my project called "This Cold Summer", and i make music
not that anyone reads these, but I'm going to tell you a little bit about myself
I am sixteen years old and a junior in high school
i was born prematurely and was very close to death, but I'm still here yay!
I've lived in the south all my life but I've maintained a monotone accent, or better, lack of an accent.
I have alot of close friends who i love very much and i write music for my family and loved ones, mainly girlfriends, or the girl that's been in my life for over 2 years now.
i have nostalgias about when i was young, mainly because life was so stress free
i also have mild ocd and mild social anxiety

i am heavily influenced by indie artists but my main musical passion is nothing like the music i write haha
I try and write songs that make people happy or make them want to sing along, but sometimes a depressing song just flows better and is easier to write after experiencing something.
I enjoy making people happy, and i enjoy being in love, it's definantly one of my biggest musical inspirations
I try and play any musical instrument i can get my hands on, but i'm only good at guitar.
I'm trying to become a better musician everyday and i'm usually a pretty friendly guy so talk to me.
