I am who I am, and I tend to think social norms need not apply. I love life, even though mine has its bumps. I wouldn't change a thing about how things are going right now, even though they're crazy, and I figure the past is over so why stress over it?

I'm a bigger girl, and I don't have a problem with that. As Meg Cabot said in her books, Size 12 Is Not Fat and Size 14 Is Not Fat Either! I'm 5'2" and could probably stand to lose several pounds...but I'm not completely disgusted when I look in the mirror. We're not all size 0s, and while being healthy is important, being realistic is as well!

There are a handful of people who mean the world for me. And if anyone hurts them, you better believe that they'll never do it again... Call me cold, call me callous, but I've been burned enough (and done enough burning of others) to realize that the closer people get to you, the more it hurts when you have to let them go. Don't get me wrong, I have some great friends and love meeting new people...but if I don't let you into my bubble, don't be offended. In the end, I could be saving you from a world of heartache.

There's a guy who's my entire world. I swore I wouldn't get caught up in someone like this, but I did. It's nice to have someone to wake up next to every morning. Someone who doesn't judge me or yell, and always has my best interest at heart. I'll be damned if I ever let him go...

I love people (in a casual sort of sense), and I absolutely adore animals. I've got 2 cats (Clover & Mocha), 7 rats (Ryu, Loki, Zeus, Odin, Luna, and two little girls who have yet to be named), 3 ferrets (Taz, Plato, and Halo), and a guinea pigs (Leo). Luna the rat is pregnant right now with Odin's babies, so I guess I'll have a houseful of rats before long...I used to have a lizard named Shiro but he unfortunately passed away :(

Musicians, music lovers, poets, other John Lennon fanatics...people who don't judge and can make me laugh are a major plus...or anyone who finds me even mildly interesting...you can never have too many friends...

This is where I let things loose and let my emotions pour...so if you can overlook or at least handle when I come apart at the seams, I can make some great conversation.

Someday, I'd like to meet my baby brother Charles, and my grandfather. Both of them died before I ever got to know them, and I would love to see them. Hopefully they both would be proud of the woman I am today.
