About Me

I am at a point in my life where I am discovering who I am while learning valuable lessons along the way. So far, I have learned that when people come into your life, you know right away they were meant to be there. They serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, help you figure out who you want to become and affect your life in some profound way.Moreover, I believe everything happens for a reason and that nothing happens by chance. Friendship, true love, illness, injury, death and moments of true greatness all happen to test the limits of our soul. Yes, there have been many obstacles in my life... Yet, without them I wouldn't have uncovered my true strength, potential, will power or ability to love and appreciate others unconditionally.But my journey to self discovery is not complete and I am learning more about myself every day. So, where do I go from here? My goal is to try to make every day count, appreciate every moment and learn all that I can from this experience called "life." I know that I have the power to create my own happiness... and I am working hard to make it happen!

I like reading, art, plays, musicals, concerts, fine dining, attending social functions and I love, love, love to travel!

My favorite book right now is titled "Discover the Power Within You" by Eric Butterworth. I like this book because it changed my perspective on life and religion. From this book I have learned that God isn't "up there." He exists inside each one of us, and it's up to us to seek the divine within.
