Started in music at age of nine playing guitar and singing. First gig at 13 years old. ------- STEVIE K's "Acoustic Truth" album Released 2009by Sanctuary Records-N.I.After a long spell away from solo gigging + recording , I was approached to support Ricky Warwick (of the Almighty) in my home town Lisburn.I took along Philip from P-lo's Rock show Fame. After the nerves and soundcheck was over , we went a relaxed for a while, came back, played the support slot and then watched the rest of the evening.The reports from the gig were good . I was re-inspired to record songs that I had from a few years back and also write a few new ones.The Acoustic Truth title was chosen as there are a lot of personal things that had happened to me to pen the various lyrics (You know how it goes)I hope you enjoy the short samples that are uploaded, but one thing I will say isIf you buy the CD You gotta take 1hr to yourself - put the CD in a good HiFi / Stereo system - set the lights and listen to some of Stevie K's "Acoustic Truth"Thanks, and enjoy
