THIS CONFERENCE CD WAS PRODUCED AS A COMMUNITY EVENT FOR THE PEERS PROJECTThe song 'Do They Know', was initially written for a youth conference entitled 'What have Guns, Drugs, Knives and Gangs got to do with Me?'. The conference was held at Moseley Wesleyan Holiness Church in January 2007 planned in partnership with Bringing Hope - www.bringinghope.co.ukThe song along with exerpts of young peoples' comments from the conference now form a key part of a report that has been compiled to focus attention on their voices and the issues from their point of view. The report is written by young people (9 to 24 years old) for adults in churches and community organisations with key messages to note and action.
