Hi there, thanks for visiting my space.

My name is Doug. I am a Personal Trainer located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

As owner and operator of Dynabody Fitness & Personal Training, I provide the best in personal, group and corporate fitness training.

I have also started a Group – Winnipeg Fitness. I want everyone to benefit from the information and networking that it creates. I am committed to helping people and enjoy seeing the positive results that are produce d.

As a member of the Manitoba Fitness Council (National Fitness Leadership Alliance), I offer honest "no frills" personal training, and specialize in detailed fitness assessments and program design for all levels of fitness.

As a CMA professional by trade, I have seen first hand how stress and the business environment affects every day living. My passion for fitness, my commitment to clients and relentless energy and positive attitude help drive my success.

Outside my business roles, I am involved in the Martial Arts and spend time assisting in classes at Minh Duc Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense.
