I strongly support the idea of making the most of every day that I possibly can. What is general about me? Well, some could argue that I'm an artist, because I can play the guitar, or because of my writing. I don't consider myself an artist anymore. I recently picked skateboarding back up after a three year hiatus, and that's what I do to occupy my time.
I like to meet just about anyone that would be willing to deal with me, but I really enjoy meeting the people that I can hold meaningful conversations with, not just mindless, forgettable chatter. If you know exactly what I'm getting at, then you're in the same boat of sinking intellectuals that I'm in. I think lifeboats are small in numbers, so odds are we won't be saved.
I'm mostly interested in old horror or exploitation flicks. Quite a few of them are hard to watch, but viewing them from a sociological standpoint makes the movie experience that much more interesting.
The State, Liquid Television, X-Men (The Animated Series), Beavis & Butt-Head, The Head, Undressed, The Undergrads, Clerks (The Animated Series), Batman, Superman, Justice League Unlimited, and others. I try not to watch much TV, and most of those shows haven't been on in years anyways.
Anything that can captivate my imagination longer than a few seconds is usually worth reading. I try to read as much as possible, but more often than not, I fill my time with other activities.
The Feud, TZB, J.Mac, Black Label team (circa 2001), Svitak, Cohen, Cash, Cave, and many more.
