About Me

Hey, I'm Ossie. From Kansas City. I am in the Army Medical Service Corps, but I've got lots of other stuff that I want to try. Like Surfing, and umm, cooking, and sleeping and going back to school. I'm just trying to avoid future deployments, which is hard since I signed up for it. I am for all intents and purposes a Kansas City Legend, and here is my favorite peace of lit by poet loriet Lynn Belvedere:Streaks on the china, never mattered before, who cares. All hands look out below, there's a change in the status quo. My Interests

I enjoy working out. Going out to concerts with friends, working with my platoon, studying for the GRE, paying bills, pretending to be modest, driving to Kansas City and letting loose, skiing, sports, keeping in touch with old friends, enjoying a drink now and then, pretending to be a square, pretending that I am not a square, telling jokes no one gets. Pretending I understand when a girl is talking to me in a loud bar. Buying stuff, and not using it. Traveling, Girls from Munich, and basically Being young, dumb, and one of the nicest guys in America. To all of my boys in Afghanistan, Germany, Muldova, Japan, Korea, Iraq and various other localities, and to all the girls I left behind. This is a little of me, Ossie.

I like alot of it. Love hip-hop my favorites are E40 and Cannibol OX, and Lucy Ford era Atmosphere' and I've really been impressed with Kanye West As for Rock/Country- Ryan Adams, Radiohead, I'm loving this Morrissey (Thanks Sonya) ,Tom T. Hall, the Cure, Roxy Music, and even Merle Haggard (great name) and many others, ecclecticism is very important.People that don't listen to the radio are missing alot, you might hear something you've never even thought about liking before, it's all about exposure (ossiephilosophy ch. 5 vs. 6)

Movies:

I love the classics : Braveheart, Midnight Cowboy, Thin Red Line, Boys in the Hood, Starship Troopers, the Killing Fields, Dr.Strangelove, Kill Bill I, and My all time favorite romantic comedy. Il Postino, and I'm so pretentious. Just saw Narnia, they shave Aslan, and don't even bother to line him up, that's kind of disrespectful.

Television:

Duck Tales, The Office, with Steve Carrell, and The Office With Ricky Gervais. &
