Screamers Still Suck

About Me

New York Dolls on English television

I play guitar for a band called Vanity Crash . I also work at a .com and have been training for marathons since October 2005. Ran my first Marathon in Cleveland in 2007 finishing in 4 hours 21 minutes. Running Columbus in October. I know you myspacers are big into running and can't hold back your excitement!

Vanity Crash is recording a new CD. I have started a myspace page called 300 Watt Head that I will be posting new songs on for either Vanity Crash or future projects. Some of the songs will be from the "Dirty Diamonds" project that never got off the ground, some will be entirely new.

My Interests

Running, music, performing, dressing like a rock star, computers, family (yes, I have 4 kids).

I'd like to meet:

Just regular people... famous people are just people

Music:

David Bowie, New York Dolls, Faces, Buckcherry, The Last Vegas, The Everyothers, Science Fiction Idols, Jet, Vanity Crash, Rolling Stones, T-Rex, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Green Day, Everclear, Jeff Buckley, Radiohead, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Guns and Roses, Motley Crue, Velvet Revolver, Iggy Pop, The Killers, The Strokes, OLD VH.

Guitarists who have influenced me. In other words, I listened to them often and was inspired enough to learn some of their guitar licks:
Angus Young, Joe Perry, Vivian Campbell, Randy Rhoads, Slash, Jimi Hendrix, Mick Ronson, Alex Lifeson, Keith Richards, Eddie Van Halen, Dean DeLeo, Ron Wood, George Lynch, Steve Vai, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Joe Walsh, Jonny Greenwood, Jeff Buckley, Jimmy Page, Brian May, Elliot Easton

Movies:

Mostly don't have time for them but I appreciate old ones in black and white when it wasn't about special effects and some comedy. Action movies are lame. 8 Mile was good.

Television:

As little as possible

Books:

Uh.. no thank you. I'd rather be working on something... Magazines only...

Heroes:

Everyday people who work hard for others and at what they enjoy. Also... David Johansen, David Bowie, Steven Tyler, Marc Bolan, David Lee Roth, The Science Fiction Idols, Bill Clinton

"People ask me 'Dave, what's it like to be a rock and roll star?" I tell them 'It's simple: in your mind, line up every woman you've ever been with. Got 'em there? well, I wouldn't fuck any of them.'" - David Lee Roth
