Whats this all about?Let me explain. Firstly, thanks for taking the time to visit this blog. Hopefully it will be an interesting, and quite unusual adventure!
My name is
Jason David Parnell, and I live in the beautiful county of Devon, UK.
My name is a fairly ordinary one, nothing flashy or posh, but one that I'm very proud of none-the-less.
All though a few people have attempted this before, what I am proposing is still a pretty unique idea. Basically you get to give me a new name!
How It Works.I shall be presiding over an auction, which shall run until June 21st 2007. Which coincidentally is the date of the Summer Solstice.
I will legally change my name to whatever the highest bidder chooses. I will then keep my new moniker until June 21st 2008.
Obviously a marketing opportunity like this doesn't come around very often! So I will be expecting quite a lot interest from companies, but anyone can place a bid.
I will of course refuse bids & suggested names that are rascist, rude or offensive.
But other than that, anything goes! Call me what you want!
Charities.20% of the highest bid will be split equally between my 3 favourite charities. So making a bid will help some seriously deserving causes, not just my own!
