About Me

Hi,

I've been building electric instruments since 1994. Check out my photos. If it can phyiscally be made - I will make it. (Sorry the girls' faces are blanked but I didn't get signed model releases for web publication.)

I'd be more than happy to make an instrument in the shape of the call letters of a radio station, but please don't ask for images or designs that are copyright or trademarked or patented that you don't own the rights to. Please don't ask if I do refinishing - the answer is no.

If you have had a dream instrument in mind and it is only a scribble on a crumpled sheet of paper - I can make that dream come true.

P.S. I make a retrofit for electric sitars that turns the 'autoharp' sound of the 'sympathetic' strings into a buzzing sound.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

EVERYBODY! The average man and woman are usually the most honest and thoughtful people around. I've met quite a few 'Stars' and found that they are just average people doing a job. Most were extremely humble despite the fact that they were so good at what they did it made you wanted to quit playing, making art, etc.Steve Miller and Allan Holdsworth are just nice guys.Drop in a just say 'HI' or let's network and share ideas.

My Blog

My Friends

Sitar Primer

I get a lot of questions on acoustic vs. electric sitars. Acoustic sitars are typically made with teakwood and have gourds (you know, like the plant - in the pumpkin family) as resonators on the botto...
