He will walk with you and guide you until we all reach our final destiny which is heaven with Him eternal! You can't clean yourself up before accepting Him; come to Him and let Him help you. Study about His appointed feasts & holy days. Come to know the truth in His Torah and put it in your life. Live for Him everyday. He loves you. He gave His life that you might have eternal life in His kingdom. With all your heart seek Him and you shall find Him, Knock & it shall be opened. Time is too short now to be caught up in petty things of life. Nothing on this planet is more important than your relationship with Him. Romans 10:9,10 says "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and will believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved!
For with the heart man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation!
