SONGWRITER/SINGER
Terry Niles is a dynamic performer and talented lyricist. Although she enjoys many different genres of music, this talented singer songwriter's musical style is best described as country/rock/pop. Terry's musical influences are Jewel, John Mellencamp,
Sheryl Crow, Blue Rodeo, Stevie Nicks, Shane Alexander,
Melissa Etheridge, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Kathleen Edwards
and Mary Gauthier to name a few...
Terry performed with The Reverbs, a classic/modern rock band, as part of Lebeau-Petersen Productions' Adult Band Workshop from 2006 to 2008. She is currently focusing on her songwriting, collaborating with different musicians, learning to play the guitar and recording demos of her original songs at Audio Garage. In September 2007 Terry attended the Nashville Songwriting Association International's (NSAI) Song Camp 102 in Nashville. She had a great time, met lots of talented songwriters, learned alot and plans on attending another Song Camp in 2009!
Terry also sings the National Anthem at Victoria Cougar, Victoria Grizzly and Victoria Salmon King hockey games and other events throughout Victoria and she has been known to hit the odd karaoke bar to belt out her favourite tunes!
What industry folks are saying:"Terry, Keep at it. You've got the talent!"
