ILLEGAL SOUNDIllegal Sound consists of 2 members, General D and Longman, which forms a combination of Reggae, Raggamuffin,
Dancehall, Hiphop, R&B.General D and Longman started with toasting at the age of 14 (Reggae Rap).
Very soon, the duo got famous by their many sound systems which they performed on many places.In 1990, General D and Longman started together under the name 'Illegal Sound' with succes.
In short time, they were asked, besides their many performences in clubs, for support acts.

And Shabba Ranks in Ahoy.)Since Februari '93, Illegal Sound started working together with Revelation Time. (favourite Reggea formation of Ruud Gullit)
Illegal Sound went with this band on a succesfull tour through Italy and Germany.
In Italy, one of the concerts was broadcasted on tv.On the tenth of April in '94, Illegal Sound performed 2 support acts for Doctor Alban in Escape and Twentehallen in Enschede.(Holland)Illegal Sound has also played for several radio shows, 4 times at VPRO and at VILLA 65 and LEIDSE KADE LIVE.Longman made a CD single in begin of '91 with the song 'Run Come Follow Me' (Da Juice), which appeared many times on MTV.Later Illegal Sound brought out the next CD's :
-Money In My Pocket and Ruvadantuv in '94 at BMG Ariola.
-Lie Down at the label X RAY RECORDS.
-Come Back To You at DA KLICK in Belgium.Longman did also a track in dec '99 with Man U Skank at the soccer collection C.D. from Manchester United in England, The biggest soccer club of the world.Illegal Sound has played in march '99 at Show Case Live at TMF with the CD single 'Keep The Fire Burning'.In short: Illegal Sound is a spectacle that will become more famous and get more populairity.Na '99 is Longman zich bezig gaan houden met studio producties en het begeleiden
van beginnende/opkomende talenten.
Longman is bezig om solo en met diverse artiesten weer nieuwe producties te lanceren.
