The Darkness Within

Who is the Darkness Within you may implore? She is you. She is I. Those that be of importance may call thyself Angel ~ a perversion of thy true spirit. Those who are not as privileged as the others may call this wounded example of a soul, Darkness.
Who or what is Darkness? Darlings, that remains a mystery to this day. She is the woman found & tortured choking on her tears. She has become the disenchanted charlatan that other women fear. She is the evil that sneaks in the hours of the shadow. Never the voice of reason her choice is always fight.
What hate & time hath led to this path? Death, Sin, Sex &, death again. Whence did it all begin?
