About Me

Daniel Spratt gives audiences the love and comfort they desire- and the lyrics and heat they deserve. (Spratt has Sprung) With a musical- even award-winning- history that dates back to grade school when he won his first vocal award, it's fair to say that Daniel Spratt knows music. But unlike similarly scruffy-faced, up-and-coming artists, Spratt's musical background spans multiple genres, instruments and disciplines. Born in 1978 to a large, musical family of Italian and Irish heritage, Spratt didn't waste a lot of time immersing himself in music. At age six, he made his live-performance debut with a musical lead roles in community theater. He went on to place first in several competitions playing his main instrument, drums. Over the next several years he continued to discover more music and more of himself. When the sticks were in his hands, he felt in control and natural. (...And on the 1s and 2s) While most kids were busy with paper routes and trying to grow chest hair Daniel spent his teen years spinning records. After high school he went to college to persue drums, business and continued DJ production. He produced music for local dance teams and taught himself rhythm guitar. (Play on, Player) Today Daniel keeps it real by drawing inspiration from his life and relationships, and that authenticity shines through in his lyrics. He writes music that his fans can relate to, and uses his own on-stage magnatism to connect with the audience. Daniel was living out his dream and played the Midwest with his band Fallen. Daniel is now a solo artist and still performs with other musicians. The band is known as March on Command. Daniel's music is called pop/rock alternative, but what isn't these days? What sets Daniel apart is energy, passion and real, raw talent. This is music to cry to, rock to, to dream to... This is Daniel Spratt.
