Singer/Songwriter/Pianist/Actor, Althea McAdam has performed in over 100 Theatre, Television & Film Productions during a professional career that has spanned 3 decades.
On-Camera, Althea has shared screen time with such stars as Christine Lahti, Michael Chiklis, Jim Byrnes, Howie Mandel, Ayre Gross, Elizabeth Perkins, Mary-Louise Parker, and the late Eddie Bracken.
Performing live as a musician and singer, Althea has worked with such notables as legendary jazz drummer and vocalist Grady Tate, Al Wold, Louise Rose, Karel Roessingh, Bruce Harvey, Gord Clements and world-renowned opera tenor Richard Margison.
Artfully adept in the vocal styles of Pop, Jazz, Classical and Musical Theatre, Althea has toured throughout Canada and the North-Eastern United States and has logged many hours in various recording studios over the years in Toronto, Vancouver and Victoria.
Althea is currently working on recording a collection of entirely original songs as well as an album of vocal jazz standards.
