What up it's ya boy RYZE, a.k.a The Certified Artist. I am a rapper/actor/entertainer. My government name is Walt Hendricks III. I am from Buffalo(B-Low), New York. I graduated from Kentucky State University with a degree in Studio Art and Theatre in May 2006. I live for creativity, it keeps my mind open, it is therapy, and it keeps me loving life. It is my best friend under God and it keeps me motivated everyday. I started acting and rapping seriously in college. I performed in school plays and rapped in talent shows. I sold my album on campus right out of my book bag creating a big campus buzz and a fan base. It helped me win talent shows and make more friends. With the help of a good friend named Hybrid, who also raps, I expanded from the campus theatre to local night clubs creating a bigger fan base. As far as acting, I have been nominated to compete against other actors in festivals, I won a best theatre performance plaque, and performed in two professional theatre shows. My music is a reflection of me, if you love my music you will love who I am. My album involves comical skits that expresses my sense of humor, songs to encourage you which expresses my love for helping people out of situations, songs you can dance to which shows my love for the club or party scene, and just flat out entertaining songs that show my ability to think and write creatively.
