The Snakes

The SNAKES started their musical mission at the end of 2004, from a Carlo and Maze idea of forming a nasty Rock'n'Roll band. Their first line up, named Screaming Vibrators will last until summer 2006.
During this period, they've played numerous gigs, in the worst and ill-famed clubs and pubs in and around Milan. They still remember as a good memory, the concert in their beloved Quarto Oggiaro suburbs, homeland of some Snakes and the x-plosive support act to The Meteors on 3-3-2006.
In those past days followed each other many attempts, from more to less suitable guys for being part of the Snakes spirit. We can mention Andrea as a drummer (now frontman of Andead) and The Fax at the doublebass...but after tons of fights, researches, personal problems, as a thunder from the sky came Liz Delizious, a succesful musician from the Italian scene who was psycho enough to join the band.
After few months then arrived Cinnamon, great drummer and an undercover football hooligan, who left his rock band to join the definitive and current Snakes' line up.
The Snakes in a short period started to let their name be well known to the European underground audience, playing with bands such as Demented Are Go and The Meteors, finding their first real successes...
It was in the occasion of Psychobilly Kings gig at Transilvania live in Milan, that an idea came to P. Paul Fenech and The Snakes minds, about recording some tracks at his own new and amazing pro-studio: WWW.MADDOG-RECORDINGS.COM . Here were recorded during last year tracks, that will be part of outcoming material and projects branded MaDDog Records: "MONDO SERPE" is the first studio album of the band and will be released on 20th December 2008.
