About Me

In English:
My first professional band was Maria Angelica Não Mora Mais Aqui (Maria Angelica Doesn't Live Here Anymore) in which I was part from 1984 to 1989. Recorded their first LP, "Outsider" in 1989. In 1990 I was invited to play with the reformed Magazine, a very successful new wave band from the 80's, fronted by the charismatic singer Kid Vinil. At the same time I had a record shop with my wife, Lourdes, Sweet Jane Records, therefore my music activities were few. I left Magazine in 1998 and returned in 2000 with another line-up, then released the album "Na Honestidade" in 2002 by the Trama label. The group split in 2003. Joined the surf music trio Los Tornados in 2004 and Kid Vinil Xperience in 2005. Formed Surfadelica in November 2006. Los Tornados split in April 2007. Joined the excellent alternative folk-rock group Continental Combo soon after that. We already have a new album ready to be released. Visit www.myspace.com/continentalcombo. So, a lot of activities right now.
About the posted songs: I'm now changing the songs on the player. Right now there are only songs by my psychedelic surf trio Surfadelica. Please visit us at www.myspace.com/surfadelica
Fizemos alguns shows, mas nenhum registro fonográfico.
No futuro devo postar coisas diferentes. Visite o MySpace do Surfadelica: www.myspace.com/surfadelica
