First Amendment is a Pop/Gothic/Darkwave band founded in 2003 originally from San Francisco. The band is comprised of singer-songwriters Abhay Singh & Mark Nelsen as well as multi-instrumentalists Alex Rowson & Drew Parke. First Amendment relocated to New York City in 2007
