Time Notice: Special time and care is put into every event we do - large and small. We work best with 2 weeks notice for small events and up to 6-8 weeks for large scale events. We are not an "on demand" service and don't usually deliver services with less than 48 hour notice - but we will always do our best to accomodate you. For private spa treats for 3 or less contact us for appointments and private experiences packages. Service Areas: “Ooh-La-Spa” On the go ® officially serves Collierville, Germantown, Cordova and within Memphis city limits. We may accept events outside our service area on a case-by-case basis which are subject to travel/transportation fees. Our services can be delivered NATIONWIDE AND WORLDWIDE for select clients - whether a multi city marketing event, high profile media tour or celebrity party. Let us create a customized spa package that can be given in gift certificate form, to be used on the date of the recipients choice. All gift certificates are valid for 4months unless otherwise noted. Bookings: A signed contract with a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event. The balance is due on the day of event - either by check or credit card. Payments: “Ooh-La-Spa” On-The-Go accepts cash, business checks as well as Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Classic, BlackCard and Diamond Platinum.) Cancellations: Please refer directly to your signed contract for details. Notice: “Ooh-La-Spa” On-The-Go reserves the right to refuse service to any guest that presents inappropriate/suggestive behavior or is clearly intoxicated. We reserve the right to modify or refuse service to any guest that presents a medical condition that may be contraindicated to massage/spa services including but not limited to cuts, wounds, rashes and skin conditions.
