Upon hiring Studio88, you will be provided with a contract outlining our agreement. Your photos or designs may be used on Studio88 websites, flyers, etc. as examples of our work, however, your photos or designs will not be used for commercial purposes (other than advertising for Studio88) and will not be sold without your permission.
SIDE NOTE: Some clients have taken the liberty of further editing the photography after delivery, and while I do not necessarily mind, it may not always the best representation of my work. Gift certificates are good for 6 months from the purchase date. Unused gift certificates will be voided after 6 months, unless specified in writing by Studio88.
