23 years old. Born Milton Keynes, England.Jimi has been around music his entire life, learning many instruments and music composition at an early age. Jim was involved in many musicals and garage bands, moving his abilities finally into DJing and house/electro production.Originally spinning old skool hip hop and breaks, Jim's progression into house music was an expected one with maturity, then electro/dirty house/breaks followed shortly after. Now DJing all over Auckland, Jim Elliott's name is growing within the local DJing community. With a gig resume showcasing events like; Ministry of Sound, Floorgasm and NYE 08 Jim has provided support for a number of huge national and international acts, including;Mason, MECK, Sam La More, Hook n sling, Craig Obey, THe Stafford Brothers, TOmmy Trash, ROb Kay, Greg CHurchill, DAniel Farley, TIm RIChards, Luke Walker, TIm PHin, and many more.. Now resident DJ at Forte on Fort St, where you will catch him every Saturday night, and hosting "Delicious" where you will experience the latest and greatest in electro and cutting edge technologie electronica music... you should expect big things from this guy in the future.His radio career sparked late last year with a guest appearance on George FM as part of a DJ search contest, Jim placing in the top 4 out of hundreds of competitors. After hosting his own show on Essentric FM with co-host Token, the Static Frequency show, Jim is now hosting his very own show on UPFM 107.5 Mondays 2pm - 4pm THE MONDAY MASH UP!
