My name is Aretha. Some call me Queenie and some call me Bertha. Why Bertha? - who knows. LOL. I have a gorgeous, GQ-looking husband, and 4 beautiful children who I Love and adore soooooo much - Cedric, Trinidy, Kenae and Moses. (If I had the world, it would be theirs). I also have a wonderful, sweet & the most beautiful mother in the world, Pastor Lydia Jones, who - as you can see - is also my pastor. I normally say, if there wasn't Jesus, she would be the next one sitting at the right-hand side of God. She can really preach the word of God and get a prayer through to Him!!! My handsome and multi-talented brother, Rev. Arvetra Jones, Jr., is my assistant pastor - one of The best. He is also the President of the North Carolina Gospel Announcer Guild, NCGAG - featuring all of the radio announcers in NC, SC, and Southern VA. (Visit him at: www.ncgag.com). I was the head cheerleader at NCCU in Durham, NC - Go Eagles!!! I was also the head cheerleader at Pinecrest Senior High in Southern Pines, NC - Go Patriots!!! Actually cheered from the 5th grade to my 4th year in college. Played powderpuff football from the 9th grade in high school to my 1st year in college. Ran track from the 5th grade to my 1st year in college. I am a background singer to the best gospel artist in the world, my niece, "Shontae".
