Tim Davies Big Band

The Loudest Big Band On Earth

About Me

The Tim Davies Big Band is Los Angeles loudest big band. Lead by Australian drummer and composer Tim Davies, this is not your fathers old time swing orchestra. Blending swing, classical, rock, hip hop and metal, the bands music is truly unique. The band plays often in Los Angeles and Davies also travels and performs with other big bands all over the world. The band has one album available, Epic, and is currently working on a new one. Many bands perform Davies music and it is available through his website. When not leading or writing for the band, Davies is an arranger, orchestrater and conductor for Film, TV, Albums and Video Games. Recent credits include – Orchestrating and Conducting the scores for The Pathfinder (Fox), When a Stranger Calls (Sony), Daddy Day Care (Sony) and the Video games SOCOM 4 and God of War 2 (Sony), string arrangements for a new Joan Osborne album and conducting sessions for new Epic artist Sara Bareilles and Latin superstar Luis Miguel.
