About Me

Hmmmmm.... I guess I would say I'm pretty laid back most of the time. Any free time I manage to get I spend with my kids. My 7 year old is so much fun right now!! I have 2 daughters, one is 19 yrs. old & one is 7 yrs. old. I also have a 22 yr. old stepson. All three of them are awesome!! I've been married for 9 1/2 yrs. My stepson was injured over in Iraq in Nov. Very sad!! It changed his life forever!! He has such a long road ahead of him!! Please pray for all the men & women in harms way!! I'm a dork most of the time & I try & stay happy no matter what life hands me. Sometimes that's very hard to do.

My Interests

My main interest is my children!! I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls'. I also enjoy being an Aunt!!! I love kids & they make me feel young & stress free - okay except for my 19 year old!! I also enjoy the outdoors. We have some 4-wheelers & dirt bikes, we have fun with those. Free-style motocross is a big thrill for the family. Most of our younger friends' do that. Lots of fun to watch!! As long as nobody gets hurt! My youngest one even jumps a small ramp. My husband just finished building her a ramp of her own.

Music:

I have a variety. The Blues (Stevie Ray Vaughan -Texas Flood cd) Kenny Wayne Shepherd. 80's of course!! I even like Snoop Dogg & some country. Not picky.

Movies:

I like comedies mostly. Again nothing to serious, & nothing scary!! I like to laugh & sometimes cry with a love story. I really liked Cars. So I guess Comedies & animated movies are my favorites!

Television:

I usually don't get into t.v. much but I'm stuck on Grey's Anatomy!! Love that show - it makes me cry almost every week!! Most of the time though we're watching cartoons - my brain can't handle to much, haha - keeps me simple!

Heroes:

My Mom was & still is my hero! She was the most loving & kind person I've ever known. We lost her to breast cancer 14 1/2 years ago. I learned what unconditional love is from her!! I think the worst thing about loosing her is that my girls' missed out on the best Grandma they could have ever had!!! They do have 2 wonderful Grandma's now but you know what I mean! As a Mother myself I'm trying to follow in her footsteps & love unconditionally & always be here for my girls'!! And to also talk to the girls' about how wonderful she was!! I have also learned how short life can be so we should all live it to the fullest & be as happy as we can be!!!!!!
