I'm a guy with what many would consider a pretty simple boring life. However, I'm very fortunate and I enjoy it. :) I have fun playing games on my computer, watching TV shows I record on my TiVo, listening to music, and hanging out with friends and family. :) Oh yeah, and I eat at Chili's way too much! Chili's rocks! =)
I have a website that was featured worldwide last year on a television show on BBC News and BBC World, as well as Wired Magazine, the LA Times, and other publications. It's a DMOZ "best of the internet" featured site. I was also the co-author of a June 2006 cover article of Servo Magazine.
I'm a graduate student at Stanford University. I'm here for my Master's in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Theory. I'm very happy to be attending Stanford; it's a goal I've had for many years now. I currently enjoy playing Team Fortress 2 during my free time.
I used to play competitive online computer games semi-professionally. I've won a few side tournaments at the Cyberathlete Professional League (such as in Unreal Tournament 2003) and at Quakecon (such as in Doom 3) hosted in Dallas every summer. Good times, good memories. :) Some of the best managed to win themselves $110,000 Ferarri 328s. :)
