Having prayed for and sought out a group of committed Christian musicians , who would share the same vision of serving others, RESONATE provided just that! As we were deciding on band members to play at RESONATE, God was clearly at work. This saw the creation of what is now known as the MARK FERGUSON BAND- which meant the addition of Jimbo, Tim and Matt.
Ok, so RESONATE, is a collection of people, desperate for more of God. People who want to seek first His Kingdom and praise God with freedom, in Spirit & Truth. We have experienced God moving in many ways, not because of the music or the speaker or even the songs we sing, all of that is nothing without the passion and fire of the Spirit. God moves in that place because we want Him to and give him the freedom to do so. When a group of people get together with that mindset, God really does show up. Don't believe me? Particularly over the last year the journey on which God has taken the band has been incredible, every day he builds us, and brings us closer to him. We are so blessed that we have a God who loves us so much and that we get to serve in this way. Currently a lot of our time has been spent on our EP which is now out!!! Exciting times!
