I am a retired elementary school teacher, having taught for Union Local for 35 years. I sub for Barnesville and Union Local Schools a couple of days a week. Teaching children has always been my passion. I have taught Children's Church for many years and taught Sunday School and Children's choir. I have been married to Fred Colvin for 22 happy years. He is a Christian and I admire the way he lives his life. He has a lot of love for people and helps them when he sees a need. He worked for Ohio Edision and Lowe's and is now retired. We have a 2-year old Bishon puppy. She is our sweet baby. Last March Fi-fi had 5 little puppies. We gave two of them to grandchildren and sold the other three. We go to an Assembly of God Church in St. Clairsville,Ohio. This is the 2nd marriage for both of us. I am blessed to have 4 wonderful children and 11 talented grandchildren. All of my children are saved and two are serving the Lord. One of them feels a call on his life for ministry. Six of my grandchildren are serving the Lord. Four of them have a praise band and the other two are pastors in Kansas. I am a born again, spirit filled Christian who lives for the Lord and wants to please Him in all I do. I was saved when I was 12 years old and raised to love the Lord. My father was a Methodist minister for 40 years before he passed away. I have twin brothers, one of them was a Methodist minister in Arkansas. They both went to be with the Lord this year and had cancer of the colon and liver. My mother was a school teacher and instilled in me the love of working with children. I believe in the full gospel, leaving nothing out of God's word. He is still healing His people today, filling them with the Holy Spirit and still setting them free.
