Hello, everyone! My name is Becky. The purpose of this my space is to help out local bands get more promotions and more fans. Through word of mouth, invites, reposts on bulletins, and fliers. I also collect press kits and hand them out to bars within New Jersey.
The first coverbands I saw was Freak, Love, Lies, Bleeding, and Lifespeed. I continued to follow Freak wherever they were playing at and occasionally Lifespeed on Tuesday nights at Bar A. Then I met some other band members from other bands through seeing Freak. I've met Blasted, The Benjamins, Big Bang Baby, John "JD" Deservio (Bassist of Black Label Society), Metal Finger and Twelve 10.
I recently started to meet original local bands like Foster Child, American Halo, Mars Needs Women, The Stun Gunz, Infix, Tasting Grace, Vextion, and Shadows Lie. I now continue to meet new bands on a daily basis as well as on the weekends when I am not too busy.
I have seen Black Label Society twice and was at Family Values Tour 2007 with Korn, Evanescence, and Flyleaf.
I still continue to check and help out coverbands and original bands around New Jersey.
