About Me

The O'Hara's difference lies in crafting a superior brew. Our 15-step brewing process produces beers which are more flavorful and richer in color than those made by large brewing corporations.Unlike the "big brands," O'Hara's Brew Pub family of microbrews uses no fillers, such as rice or corn. Our beers also have no added preservatives. What we do have is great beer brewed with tradition. In fact, each of our brews meets the strict standards of the German beer Purity law. Each of our beers is brewed entirely on-site in our brewery. This microbrewery is located at the center of O'Hara's Brew Pub and is visible to all O'Hara's customers. By making our brewery visible, it serves as a reminder of our commitment to providing our customers eith the best beer possible.O'Hara's also offers free brewery tours upon request to all customers to allow them to discover the O'Hara's difference. Crafting The O'Hara DifferenceAs our head brewer says, "A beer is only as good as what you put into it." At O'Hara's Brew Pub, we believe that by using higher quality ingredients, we are able to produce a higher quality beer. Our microbrews contain three key ingredients that can't be found in many bottled beers. It's these ingredients which add to the O'Hara's difference.Belgian MaltBelgian malts are internationally renowned for producing beer of unparalleded quality. A heartier malt provides beer with richer color, flavor and aroma.Select HopsHops give beer its bite and add to the overall flavor and aroma. The O'Hara's family of microbrews uses hops grown in the Pacific Northwest, Germany and the British Isles, which are among the best available.PrideOur brewer strives for excellence in our brews for one reason: he loves to brew beer. To him, brewing is an art and he continually works to produce beer of the highest quality.
