Our 15-step brewing process produces beers which are more flavorful and richer in color than those made by large brewing corporations.Unlike the "big brands," O'Hara's Brew Pub family of microbrews uses no fillers, such as rice or corn. Our beers also have no added preservatives. What we do have is great beer brewed with tradition. In fact, each of our brews meets the strict standards of the German beer Purity law.Each of our beers is brewed entirely on-site in our brewery. This microbrewery is located at the center of O'Hara's Brew Pub and is visible to all O'Hara's customers.
