The Phoenix Theater is a one-of-a kind, all-ages music hall and teen center. It is located in downtown Petaluma’s historic Hill Opera House and has been presenting concerts since 1986.
The history of music at the Phoenix is indeed rich. Once unknown bands like Metallica, Primus, and AFI got their starts here. Sublime played their last show here. The Ramones, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Green Day, Mars Volta, and hundreds of others have been through the Phoenix.
To this day, the venue still plays host to both national touring acts and local musical talent.
