First and foremost, thank you for visiting my page...and taking the time to read this.My name is Christian Meyer. I began playing music because my parent's forced me to endure Piano lessons for 8 years, with a little old lady as my tutor who used to slap my hands HARD if i hadn't practised enough and i HATED it!!.... I can't thank them enough.I picked up the guitar in highschool (De La Salle College) and thought myself to be really really cool ripping out MEGA riffs like: "Come as You Are" Nirvana, or "Tomorrow" Silverchair.Slowly but surely my 'riff repotoire' evolved until i got sick of playing other peoples riffs and started to come up with my own. Then i fell in love with writing music.....yadda yadda yadda...I am currently completing a Bachelor of Music (Jazz and Contempary) at Monash University and give Piano and Guitar lessons, as well as Theory and Aural tuition.I write all kinds of music from Pop to Metal to straight up Rock to Wierd stuff and starting to dabble in a bit of Jazz stuff.Im ALWAYS looking for musicians to jam and write with and more tunes are always around the corner so I'd love ya to stay in touch...
