.. I'm a musician who's currently living in LA trying to make it, and I'm doing decent at the moment.I am currently involved in a series of projects. One of my bands is Right Behind . Check it out. We also have a myspace . I was a classical pianoplayer until I was 14, in 1996. My music teacher in school had played some Down for me and told me all about Pantera. I hadn't listened to rock or metal for many years. I was more into hiphop and stuff. So I went down after school and bought it and took it home. The intro of the first song was so fucking heavy it almost made me pass out. I listened to the whole thing, and I realized what i was. The next day I asked my music teacher if I could borrow an electric guitar and an amp, and I did, and I've been practicing for hours every day after that. I've spent hundreds of hours copying Dime's licks, and he is easily the biggest influence in my playing. That album mean so much to me that I've got that rattlesnake tattooed. Right now I listen to anything that moves me or grooves me. I try to study all styles of music. In my opinion, nothing sucks and you can learn from everything. I have, so far, never learned anything that I think makes me worse musician. Every musician should have an open ear and an open mind.
