Audacious and full of charisma, Gerald is the lead singer of the group. Pursuing his life long passion for music he decided to create a Konpa band and succeeded with K-ZINO. Devoted to perfecting his craft, Gerald is currently taking voice lessons with Stevenson Theodore; He is also learning Keyboard and guitar. His tireless charm and that killer smile always capture the ladies’ attention.Jean-Marc Etienne, 23, a student in Architecture.
Singer 2, Jean-Marc knows how to hold the 1st place on stage when it’s his time to shine. Underneath the shy-guy persona hides a powerful singing voice. His dynamic chemistry with the lead singer adds great energy to the K-ZINO stage. His solo performances are a Must-see. He is soft spoken and reserved but steps up the plate when challenged. Jean Marc brings a touch of soul to the dynamic ensemble.Johnny Cénatus, 23, student in Civil Engineering.
A founding member of the band, Johnny plays guitar and his magnificent solos are known to take center stage. He’s probably the most press-shy member of K-ZINO, and as such, leads a quiet life away from the public eye. He balances his time between his academic studies and the passionate practice of his instrument. On stage, Johnny and his guitar are in a world of their own.Pierre Marc Junior, 24, student in Marketing
This rebellious one-man-show plays a variety of percussive instruments including the drums. He is energetic, loud and often cannot sit still. Junior is a straight- forward kind of guy who rarely swallows his words for anyone. He has single-handedly come up with most of K-ZINO’s slogans. he has a friendly, laid-back attitude and the crowd loves him for it.Carl-Radjiv Bricourt, 21, student in Music.
Ti-Bri is the newest member to K-ZINO’s line up. He comes to us from TNT and has found his place playing traditional drums for the band. No one cracks jokes like Ti-Bri who has managed to integrate K-ZINO’s ranks and quickly become part of the family. His lively presence has brought fresh new blood and ideas, and his nickname, Ti-Bri, carries the joyful connotation of all of the group’s slogans.Félissier Jean Robert, 29, a student in Civil Engineering.
Féfé doesn’t say much with his mouth but speaks volumes with his Bass skills. Without his contribution the percussive heartbeat of the band would suffer. He is the oldest member of K-ZINO and his discipline and savoir-faire have earned him the respect of his peers. He is a master on the bass and wows his band mates with his ability to come up with fresh and innovative sounds.Peterson Louis, 23 ans, Student in Computer Technology.
At his young age, Pitou has already gained much professional experience as a drummer (for Sweet Live, Konpa Top & BIC) before joining K-ZINO. He is the shyest in the group but a true magician with his drumsticks on stage. He is the backbone of K-ZINO’s ‘ban deye’ and his drum line marries perfectly with the rest of K-ZINO’s percussive line.Jean-Paul Gracia, 18, in his senior year of Highschool.
Being the youngest in the group is not easy but Gracia does it effortlessly. His band mates tease him a lot but he takes it all in stride. Besides, he has earned their respect for his talent of knowing what’s hot on the street. His dexterity on Keyboard surpasses his young and day-by-day, Gracia is gaining more and more musical confidence. He has endless potential as a musician and the crowd goes wild for his solos.
