Poel

About Me

Poel is songwriter/guitar player trying to weld world music with rock 'n' roll and pops. He is also the guitar player and arranger for Glenn Cee's Hollow Needle Project, leader of Lounge Version Despair, performs as singer/guitar player fronting his own band, and used to be guitar player for L2D and Artbeat along with short stints with Mike Gunn's Beings of Light, Lance Sanders pre-IF days, and Dead End Detour. Other acts he has played guitar or bass with onstage are: Kaoru Enjoji, RYOVIBES, vaedos, PTA, and is willing to share stage with anyone with true passion. Currently rehearsing with Jazzminishroom as his stage guitarist.Poel's music is designed first and foremost to please his own ears, and consequently has become an alternative to "look-at-me"-ness of catchy hooks and big wall of sound that dominates popular music of today, without going progressively avant garde. ............................................................ ............................................................ .....................................................
