About Me

Drummer in his 30's looking for some talented types to jam, gig locally (to start anyway), and possibly lay down a demo if the vibe is there. I have recorded 2 demos in 2 different cities. My flavor is funk, rock, fusion. I can dig doing some covers but the covers I dig tend to be retro and sometimes a bit underground. My influences include Tim "Herb" Alexander, Dave Abbruzzese, Steve Gadd, Dennis Chambers, Stanton Moore among others. I consider myself a pretty good drummer with lots of road experience and would like to hook up with some cats cut from the same cloth. The thing with that band didn't work out....we'll say creative differences. I may be on my way to NY to do a few days worth of session work with a buddy who just got signed out there (Congrats Jay!!!)...
