Sounds Like: people used to say 'he sound like NaS.' At first, I took it as a compliment. Then i got to the point where I wanted my own sound. In order to find that, I had to stop listening to rap PERIOD! I think if all you listen to is Nas & Wu, then of course when you spit, that's what's gonna come out. But, then when my musical influencers weren't rappers anymore, that's when my rhymes started to have some authenticity. I don't even care anymore though. As long as people listen to the music it's all good.
