I'm here because of the Original Wendy. It's All Wendy's Fault! (tm)
In other news, I live in the suburbs of Chicago with my cute little dog, Pecka, and my G4 Titanium Powerbook, Henwyn (the genius resource piggie). Somehow I never have all the time I need to do all the things I want to do. If I'm on mySpace it's because we are between projects at work. If I am at home, I am sleeping (my favorite activity), scrapbooking, reading, yelling at the dog to stop it, cross stitching, meditating or praying at my altar, singing, exercising, watching TV or movies, blah blah blah... If I am at work I am zipping around Quark or InDesign on my G5 and/or avoiding Editors. Why no, I can't completely redo this layout in 2 hours because you had to rewrite it at 4pm on Friday afternoon, kthxbye.
So far I've been to 38 states and only 3 countries outside the US. I have to get on that.
Most recently -- I am halfway through a Chaos Magick class being held at Terra Incognita in Chicago, and it is fabulous. This week we learned how to do Sigil Magick, so I am practicing my spell casting. Later this month I am off to my annual oblate retreat at the Benedictine monastery where I am, yes...a Benedictine oblate. Both in one person, that's the Freelance Mystic.
