Singing since elementary school in choir at church and school in Virginia, Ryan has made her debut in the Bay Area. She has performed at such venues as the Metro and Eli's Mile High Club in Oakland, and was the opening band for the 2007 Dyke march in SanFrancisco. As well as opening for the famed artist Ledisi, as a DJ her talent has been shared with the Air Lounge, Lucky Lounge, and Shattuck Down Low, Mecca, the Lookout, Truck and the Cat Club.
