I like to laugh. I eat, sleep, and drink quite regularly. I am better at conversation than I am at writing creative profiles. I have taken the plunge into home ownership...I am planting roots as they say...Yikes it is scary and weird and fun, but on the brighter side it is a lot more satisfying to clean my bathroom. I value the friendships I have more than many things especially when they have become my new neighbor who has a timed coffee maker for 7:15 am coffee. I love learning about amazing visionary's without the ego that often gets in the way. Humility is something I admire. To be able to see the world as an utter mystery that could spew someone out like bad lunch if she/he got too cocky/arrogant/unaware/wasteful is a talent. I strive for it, and admire anyone who sees that every step we take is so small that the only thing we can do is take the next step. That is in science and art anyway...in war too many steps are taken without small discoveries...its sad really...Zoinks...there is a light at the end of the tunnel.....small steps and small discoveries build a stable base for good things to happen. My friend Christine coined the term Jabber...You know the person that says something that leaves you in shock until two days later, you realize that you're pissed off, and think of twenty things to say that could have jabbed back harder and better...I am not a jabber, and the shock I feel when jabbed is a sign (I hope) that I wouldn't do this to someone else...One might say that a jabber is just being brutally honest, but brutal honesty is not the only way...assertiveness is an art that can be accomplished with kindness...
