Hey, firstly my real name is Alice but everyone who knows me calls me Amy (my middle name). I was born in Islington at home, lived in a squat with my mum for a bit before moving to Sheffield. I then spent 7 years in America. I do miss it out there but I'm glad to be back and absolutely adore Sheffield. I've just qualified as a nurse on a cardiac care unit which has been amazing and very rewarding work. I write for Sandman in my spare time and enjoy going to as many gigs as I can fit into my hectic schedule. I love spending time with mates n the people i care about in the beloved Washy where i used to work. I can't wait to see the world and feel a massive urge to do work in India, Nepal and somewhere in Africa as the help is really needed in those places. I'd say my goal in life is to do something that lets me express my creativity whilst also making a difference. Life so so short and we are just specks in this cosmos. If i can make a positive difference to people and the earth that i enhabit then I've done well. x
