THE BOOK IS NOW OUT - CHECK MY BLOG FOR DETAILS!!!Every once in a while we all need a change. I went to Iraq and received a blast of the Holy Ghost in an incredible way. That was a good change. Now I’m facing a side of the world where most people do not realize the radicalness of being who we were meant to be. The modern church has changed to accommodate a society in which it tries to conform with and be a part of. Through this it has become complacent and tolerant of sin and sin’s influence on actions and social status. The modern church has adopted an aspect of embracing the actions and beliefs of a corrupt society all in the name of comfort and peace. This is a bad change. Bottom line it’s time to get intolerant and enter a new level of radical! Number 1 – GOD MOVES in power and in might. You will never be able to stop Him or control Him. So stop trying to define Him! He heals! He delivers! And His signs and wonders fill the Heavens and Earth. Number 2 – Jesus was the most intolerant person in history! He hates the sin and loves the sinner. We need to get intolerant of sin once again. We need to be intolerant of sexual sin such as adultery and homosexuality (yet love the sinner). We need to be intolerant of corruption and lying (yet love the sinner). We need to be intolerant of Abortion and euthanasia (yet love the sinner). After all, isn’t euthanasia the same idea of the Nazi’s idea of creating a superior master race by eliminating those who are genetically and physically weak? Then again doesn’t abortion fall in the same realm as Nazi thought as well? Yet in all this intolerance of sin, we must still embrace and love the sinner. We need to separate the sinner from the sin, to the point where the sin is removed from the sinner. Jesus died so that the sin would be removed. Jesus is so intolerant of sin He removes it and it is gone forever. Number 3 – We need to realize the Bible is Truth and God’s true Word. We have allowed many lies to seep into schools and have accepted them as truth in the church. Evolution discredits God as the creator, it is a lie. Economic History ignores the Godly base that created the foundation of the USA. Modern ecology discredits the idea of the flood with lies and assumption. Global warming persuades us that we need to save ourselves and ignores the Truth that all things WILL pass away, it is a distraction. These blatant lies against the Word of God have been accepted as truth by and on occation become an important issue to support by many leaders in the church today. We need to get back and believe the Word of God for what it is, Truth! Number 4 – If the Word of God has never insulted you, then maybe you’re not into the Word of God. God’s Word should tear at our flesh to the point where it separates our very being from itself in order to become a new creation. When Jesus lives in us, we should never want to be in a place that allows us to be too comfortable. God’s calling was never comfortable for those who He called in the Bible. Why should His calling be comfortable for us? Number 5 – If you are a church leader and you do not see a probleem in the church today, then maybe you are part of the problem. We need to work to become the early church and turn to our First Love once again. If God isn’t moving where you are, you better move to where He is. IN RETROSPECT – The church needs to turn from its wicked ways. The church needs to find God’s love and power again.
